Local SEO Pricing, Published
Most agencies in this space will not put a number on a page. You have to book a call, sit through a pitch, and only then find out whether you were ever in the right price bracket. Here is what we charge, so you can decide before you spend an hour on a call.

Local Leads Max
Everything that moves you up the map pack, bundled into one number.
- Google Business Profile management
- Review management
- Citation building
- Ongoing optimisation and reporting
- Month to month
Where you land in the range depends on how competitive your market and trade are. A handyman in a mid-size city is not the same job as a med spa in Los Angeles.
We will show you where you actually rank before either of us talks about money.
What the market charges
It helps to know where any quote sits against the rest of the market, including ours.
| Roughly | What you are usually buying |
|---|---|
| Under $150/mo | Automated citation submissions. Nobody is looking at your profile. This is software with an invoice attached. |
| $300 – $500/mo | Genuine profile management for a less competitive trade or a smaller market. |
| $500 – $900/mo | Competitive trades and metros. Where most serious home service work lands, and where our Local Leads Max bundle sits. |
| $1,000+/mo | Medical, legal, med spa, cosmetic surgery. High customer value, heavy competition, and profiles that need constant attention. |
For an external reference point, BrightLocal publishes managed local SEO rates of $799 to $1,299 per location per month. The bands above are our read of the home services market from running these accounts, not a survey.
Questions people actually ask
Why is Local Leads Max a range instead of one price?
Because the work is not the same everywhere. Ranking a handyman in a mid-size market takes meaningfully less ongoing effort than ranking a med spa or a cosmetic surgery practice in a major metro, where competitors are spending heavily and the profile needs far more attention. Charging everyone the same number would mean overcharging the easy markets to subsidise the hard ones. We would rather quote you honestly.
How does this compare to what other agencies charge?
BrightLocal, one of the larger managed local SEO providers, publishes rates of $799 to $1,299 per location per month. Our Local Leads Max bundle sits at or below the bottom of that band. At the other end, you will find $99/month offers — those are almost always automated citation submissions with no one actually managing the profile.
Are there contracts?
No. Both plans are month to month. We think long contracts exist to protect agencies from their own results, and an agency that needs a twelve-month lock-in is telling you something about months one through eleven.
How long before I see results?
Realistically, first meaningful ranking movement lands around month three to four, with a second step up around month six or seven. Some profiles move inside the first 45 days, and some sit flat for a quarter before anything happens. Any agency promising page one in 30 days is either lucky or lying, and you cannot tell which until you have paid them for three months.
What is not included?
Ad spend. If we run Google Ads or Local Services Ads for you, the media budget is paid directly to Google and is separate from the fees above. We do not mark up ad spend.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google’s ranking systems, and a guarantee is only as good as the definition buried underneath it — usually a keyword so specific that hitting it means nothing. What we do commit to is showing you the actual numbers every month, including the months where they did not move.
